So skimpy, almost no topping as well.. I used to go to Potbelly whenever I went to Chicago before they came to Cincy. They did really well at the beginning in Kenwood. These days, all you taste is bread. you have paper thin tomatoes and other toppings. when I went there, they were out of diet coke and the ice tea container had no top on it, so it was wide open and collecting all the dust from the store. If they want to save cost to run the business, good luck with that. I decided not to go back after I gave them many chance hoping to change.
