First time trying the fairly new Press Pub. Great location for us. We sat on their patio, and if it’s a nice day you should too. Didn’t get to see much of the inside on this visit so no comments there. I had the (press) burger special. Much smaller patty than you’d expect from most local joints. I ordered a single just to see. Get at least a double. Pretty standard burger too. Nothing special. Onion rings were good-real good. But not the best you’ve ever had. Will be back to try something else next time.Been a little over a year, and the second trip was better! Can we. It give half stars anymore?! Wings were VERY good. Crisp and fried hard, the spicy mustard sauce was good, but the hot sauce made for just about the perfect traditional Buffalo Wings. $.70 a wing on Tuesday! The loaded cottage fries were tasty, and the shrimp po’ boy was better than most, although I’d ask for extra remoulade.

Other person in party had a burger which was sized disappointingly small. Don’t drink pop/soda – too expensive and terribly unhealthy. PRICE/VALUE – was almost inline with small portion sizes just a tad higher in relation. SERVICE – was pretty good until the end; my credit card and bill sat on my table for about 10 mins while waiting for our server to refill ice buckets, etc. Bad business moment. ATMOSPHERE – warm, dark, not loud, comfortable enough. Decent beer selection. Nice crowd. I may return but not in a hurry to.
