Poor service. Very poor waiter service during our 6/15 dinner. Despite fun atmosphere and great Lake Erie views, our waitress was extremely slow and unattentive. When our food arrived 1 hour later, it was cold but we were afraid to send back for fear of another 1 hour delay. Surprised service was so poor for what seems to be a great place to congregate.
The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice! Had wings and things and all was pretty tasty.
The NOISE killed it for us. The food was fine (except for cold fries), the staff was great – both well worth the hour wait. But the band thought they were playing a party at the Round Bar at Put In Bay, and this at 6 pm on a Saturday night! They were SO loud that:1.) The hostess couldn’t hear to get your name on the wait list2.) A patron sitting in the outside patio area was unable to talk on her cell phone3.) Two people brought children out crying4.) The server could not be heard, nor could she hear our orders5.) It took my ears 1.5 days to recover, and this after being re-seated in a quieter area.I was told that the band had repeatedly been requested to reduce the volume, if this was in fact done it had no impact.We’ll go back, but never-ever again when there’s a band.

Hit and MIss`. We hit Cleats quite a bit quite simply because there aren’t many options in the area. The atmosphere is fun and the service in the bar is typically great. However, the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Often times the wings come out cold and undercooked. Even when asked to cook the wings crispy, they’re usually not. Fries are typically luke warm at best. It’s pretty clear that the ownership counts on the fact that there is little competition. It’s too bad, when this place is on, it’s really on.

Love the outdoor area facing the marinate. Good food, good service. Only thing they need to have is add a set of tables so a party of 10 can sit together. Move them when you need ..use as individuals when you don’t. Will go back.
