I would like to say that the Marblehead galley crew is full of wonderful people! They try to help in anyway and are very understanding if the order is messed up by trying to fix it! When my family and I came in we were greeted by a wonderful hostess who was very cheerful! Once we ordered our food if only took about 5 to 10 minutes to get it and they were pretty busy! The homemade desserts were an absolute delight! All in all we will be returning soon! Great restaurant!

Worst experience ever. I can not believe these people are in business at all. The server was extremely rude to the point of putting her hand in my great grandmothers face when she had asked for a piece of pie. I was told to eat a meal that I didn’t even order because that was the way she took the order so I must have ordered it. They refused to refill drinks telling us there was water on the table and none of the prices matched the menu. It was an awful experience! When we had asked to speak to a manager we were told they don’t care and we could leave. Unacceptable!! I can not even believe the treatment. It was so bad we thought we were on a tv show! Never will go to this place again!
This was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress was rude and our food took forever to come out. When we asked how much longer they yelled at us and told us they were working on it. When we talked to the manager/owner she basically told us to shove it and there wasn’t anything she could do about the terrible service. They clearly don’t know anything about customer service.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I’ve dined at the Galley for all the major meals and have always had a great experience. The servers are always friendly and quick – we especially like the older lady that works every weekend – she’s hilarious.
Great atmosphere and beer selection. Good perch and good egg sandwiches.
Homemade. Fun good restaurant with funky neon lighting – the only weird thing. The bar is cute with a few high top tables and there is a older wooden patio area in back with little view but the foodnis wonderful. Great salads, muffins homemade items each day. great sandwiches and homemade pies.
