Having seen the work Made from Scratch providedat other functions within places such as the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center; I knew they were more than capable in doing a fantastic job. What I didn’t know was whether or not they could provide quality service to someone who needed to use their services at a much smaller function for someone like me. I am planning a 60th Birthday Partyfor myself along withthe helpof myson who lives out of state. I want it to be nice however, with the fraction of the cost that can usually be associated with this kind of an event. Luckily, I spoke with Kelley Belman who is one of the food service coordinators’ and delivery specialist at Made from Scratch. After much negotiations, we arrived at a more affordable cost withthe same delicious items on their menu. I would refer their organization toanyone and look forward to my spectacular event! We were so pleased with every detail and they really worked with us to stay within our budget. Our wedding reception was PERFECT and the customer service at Made From Scratch is beyond compare. THANK YOU so much to the team from Made From Scratch! Our experience could not have been better. Highly recommend this caterer.
Wonderful Wedding Catering!. The MFS team was wonderful for the entire process! They catered our wedding ceremony at Franklin Park Conservatory and they made the venue look beautiful and were so helpful. The staff was incredibly friendly and made everything perfect! The food was also amazing! Lauren was so organized through the entire process and answered all of my many questions graciously and patiently and had many wonderful suggestions to make the day perfect. We also had their baker make our wedding cake and it was honestly the best wedding cake I’ve ever had. Carol did a great job decorating and it was absolutely beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend MFS and their staff. You won’t go wrong!
Community Breakfast. Made From Scratch catered our community breakfast for the 5th anniversary of Worthington Park Library. The food, linens, and staff were outstanding. This year they included apple stuffed french toast . miniature banana bread, cinammon twist bread, miniature quiches and smoked bacon strips. Our guests always comment on the variety and quality of the food offered. Plus, they go above and beyond keeping notes from year to year, since this is an annual event. Great job!17 Dec, 2012Awesome Holiday Event. Our staff holiday event (sponsored by the Friends Foundation) was catered by Made from Scratch. Everyone who attended the event commented on the wonderful food, decorated tables and pleasant, professional attendants. Kimberly Frank does a terrific job of asking about our guests and how to best accommodate them. Presentation, presentation, presentation means so much and our buffet table was so festive! Chocolate Mousse Shooters and Creme Brulee dessert shots were a huge hit. Kimberly meets with us prior to the event and walks through the setup and always calls afterward to follow up on how things went. We love working with her and always get the best from Made from Scratch.
Beyond all expectations. We worked with Kimberly Frank @ MFS for our private holiday party. It was intended to be a nice intimate evening with 25 of our closest friends and associates. We hired MFS to cater the food and manage the bar. Needless to say, the event was an absolute success! We asked for a menu with a lot of variety and MFS was able to craft the perfect tapas style menu with some of the most unique and delicious dishes we have ever tried. Being foodies that recently moved to Columbus from San Francisco, we definitely had high expectations and Kimberly exceeded them all. Additionally, the bar staff was incredible. All of our guests loved the signature drinks, cocktails and the friendly atmosphere at our bar, from beginning to end.I can’t stay enough about their services and staff. They truly went the extra mile and made our event a success.
They served cold vegtables, which you only got 3 pieces of, over cooked meat, and the salad of spinach with maybe a 1/4 tsp. of dressing. I think that sums it all up. If not let me be clear IT SUCKED!
