AWESOME PIE – POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We’ve ordered twice for delivery. The first time, I was quite impressed with the pie overall, and the speed of delivery.The second time however was a disaster. I was told 30-45 minutes, it was a Friday evening. No big deal at all. An hour went by and I called just to check on my order. I was met with a very angry male and was told it left the shop about 5 minutes ago. We wait and wait. 90 minutes pass by, no pizza. Needless to say, we were getting hungrier by the minute. So I decided to call again. This time the same male answered the phone. Once again I ask where is my pizza. I was told it left the shop 30 minutes ago. You would have thought I was asking for the moon the way this individual reacted. I will not use the vile and disgusting language he used. I was furious. I hung up on him. Less than a minute later the doorbell rang and the pizza was delivered. The driver was very apologetic for the delay. Our pizza was not hot. At best it was luke warm. Honestly, probably won’t be ordering from them again. Good taste, lousy terrible foul mouthed staff.
