Fresh and flat out awesome!. If you like fresh burgers and fresh toppings cooked perfect, then get some Bones Burgers! The fries are awesome, the food is fresh and they treat you great.If you see the truck, stop and get one of the best burgers in town!
Twice this place guy my order wrong. Burger is decent but rude help and you need to check your order before you leave. Also a bit over priced.
Here’s the beef. I went all out and got the 1/3# Farm Burger which had an egg and bacon on it. It was fantastic. Egg was cooked to order (over medium) and someone finally understands what a medium burger is suppose to look like. Parmesan fried are good too. A bit on the pricey side for burgers and fries ($12.75) but worth the splurge every now and then.
Excellent pulled pork and great burgers. If you walk up and the board on the side of the truck offers Papa Bones pulled pork, get it! This pork is tender, moist, and has the right amount of smoke. My sandwich featured the pork, slaw, and a little extra sauce – it was the perfect blend of flavors. The sweet slaw accentuates the smoked pork and the barbecue sauce added just a teeny hint of kick. I was a very satisfied customer.Their grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious, and you get to choose the cheeses you want on it. You can also add other toppings like bacon and apples slices. That might not sound like a combination that works, but the smoke of the bacon and the crisp tart granny smith apple slices work well with sharp cheddar.I’ve also eaten their burgers – beef, salmon, and turkey. Everything I’ve had has been delicious, but I’ll admit I keep coming back to the beef burgers. The taste of the grass-fed beef can’t be beat. Don’t be afraid to try adventurous toppings either. The seasoned fries are great accompaniments to the burgers.So, if you walk outside your office and see the Bones Burgers truck, give it a try.
