Just left after getting a to go order. The person working the phone acted surprised that they do to go orders. One of our dishes is veal tortellini…we ordered cheese tortellini. After standing being told that the bar tender would cash us out, he proceeded to finish pouring a drink and stood talking to a woman at the end of the bar, no acknowledgement of us. It took the waiter to come around and cash is out.I’m not sure how they’re dine in service is, the to go service could use a lot of work or be removed all together.
Hidden Gem!. Great food, charming atmosphere and terrific service! I will go back many times! I’m really looking forward to sitting on their patio and enjoying a bottle of wine.
Everything was microwaved. Nothing fresh and everything was bland.I can do better than that at home.
Might be the blandest Italian I have ever tried. How can lasagna have no flavor? Everything needed seasoning. Over-priced for the quality. Poor service didn’t help. With so many good Italian choices and their ranking, really expected more. Don’t be fooled.
Great food served in amateur run restaurant. I keep wanting to like this place but the poor management of the restaurant keeps ruining it. Here are things holding this place back. 1. You can’t charge $7 for a dinner salad. It’s bagged lettuce only with very good dressing. Do everything right and make the proper salad for an italian restaurant if you are going to have that price point. 2. Three different times I have called on a weekend for a to-go order and told that it would be close to 2 hours. This is first sign of not having it figured out. Plus don’t say the kitchen is overwhelmed, the place only seats 50 and not everyone can order at the same time. 3. Italian restaurants serve bread. Always have, always will. Don’t nickel and dime me on extra bread for the table. Huge turn off when looking at bill when all entrees are already over $20. 4. If a table for 2 is going to have a $100 bill for a proper meal, you have to expect proper service. Everyone is friendly but the lack of training really shows through. Get the small things right!
