They have lox. The bagels come from NYC ready to bake. Cooking frozen bagels after the boiling stage is an unfortunate compromise. The resultant bagels are tough. I really want to like this deli. I am afraid that they do not get enough support to ensure that all food items are fresh and tasty. Medina needs a good deli; this should be it.
