Empty and dead when I went in but still slow service. Server was clueless on menu and only could tell you what specials were. Priced high for the most part. Burger was average as well as sushi. Better places to go in town for both.

Our new favorite place. We’ve been coming here since it opened as Sushi on the Roll. Initially we worried that their transformation into a full-service restaurant would compromise the food while jacking up prices. That didn’t happen. Instead Twiisted is now our favorite place. They have great Happy Hour prices (from 5 to 7 pm) on drinks and apps. Their sushi is as excellent as always—my personal favorites are the crunchy roll, tsunami roll, Medina bee, and a roll covered with spicy sauce and decorated with lettering. They also offer a range of extraordinary options beyond sushi. My husband insists that Vive La Burger is the best combination of toppings he’s ever had on a burger (and he’s quite a critic since he normally eats grassfed beef from cattle we raise on our own farm.) Vive La Burger comes with grilled apple, brie cheese, duck bacon, cranberry marmalade, and lettuce on a brioche bun. With a milk stout beer and after some sushi rolls as appetizers, he’s in heaven.
This martini is amazing. The bartenders actually roast the marshmallows behind the bar. Graham cracker chocolate rim, marshmallow garnish. Sooo good! A must try.14 May, 2014Amazing. Twiisted has so many different menu options to choose from. If you are a big fan of sushi, then Twiisted is definitely a must try place. What is nice, is that if you are not a fan of sushi, now they have gourmet burgers, steaks, salads, etc. Twiisted has a wonderful selection of Craft beers on tap from Left Hand, Stone, Dogfish Head, Hoppin’ Frog, Fat Heads, Goose Island, and Great Lakes. Twiisted has some amazing cocktails and martinis, and my two personal favorites are the Johnny Manziel-tini, and the Habanero Infused Duck Bacon Bloody Mary!! Truly an amazing place!
GREAT FOOD & ATMOSPHERE!!. I have already eaten here a few times even though it has just recently opened (was Sushi on the Roll). Every time the food has been excellent and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. I am very excited that they have an expanded menu for those of us who like more than just sushi. I’ve had the duck wings, chicken ole and california burger and am looking forward to trying more. I will definitely go back (alot) and highly recommend this place – can’t wait for the patio to open!!
