I had a great experience at the BurgerFi in Mentor. The service was great and the food taste amazing. It was my first time visiting and the GM Michael and the rest of the crew were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and i hope for one in Cleveland !

Better than expected. I has read several online reviews prior to going. I was expecting to be disappointed by the food. I was not. The menu is rather limited and there is not a kids menu, but everyone in my family was able to find items to eat. everyone enjoyed their food. My only complaint would be that it costs close to $5 for a hotdog. Everything is rather overpriced.
Not sure why this place has a low percentage of likes there’s nothing not to like about this place. Brisket burger is amazing, love the atmosphere. It is a little pricey for burgers but you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny.
Just another overpriced burger joint. They do serve beer. Not sure about wine coolers. This is not a positive or negative for me.I have been there twice. For some reason my girlfriend likes this place. Meat was bland no salt or seasoning, All the toppings on the burger were fresh. Huge bun with a small meat patty. For me the bread is only there so you can hold the meat in your hand.The onion rings are large and crisp. You can bite a piece off. Not slurp the onion out of the breading. The seasoning here too was bland. Personally I prefer smaller onion rings that have some flavor.The portions of the fries is generous, but here again bland no flavor. The second time the cheese helped but still not very tasty.I would never choose to go here. I would however go along if a friend or family member wanted to eat there.
The best burger you can buy. I recently decided to finally give this new establishment a try. I kept hearing flip flop reviews soley based on the price. when I walked in with my son I absolutely loved the atmosphere. It was upbeat highly energetic. The staff made for a very warming welcome. The tables and chairs are all recycled items helping our environment and their fan is also energy saving. It has the power of nine but only uses the energy of three. They were a bit busy when I came in but expected for a newer location to our area. The line moved significantly fast paced. the menu was very easy to understand and choose from. I had a brisket burger. Dry aged brisket for 28 days, and it melted in my mouth as if it were the filet mingon of all urgers. My son had a single with cheese (create your best) …he was able to choose unlimited toppings and he loved being able to do it. The girls at the register gave him a burgerfi bracelet for free which lit up his world. Everything is cooked fresh to order. It doesn’t sit in a heat tray and its ALL NATURAL!!!! We sat down to eat and I couldn’t believe the flavor and juiciness of the burgers, the crisp but soft center of the fries and the ability to choose from 125 flavors of pop from these machines that they have made for even more fun.They also feature wifi so I was able to do my research while spending time with my son in an environment hed enjoy. If I had to choose one thing that didn’t meet my standards it would be that they could have had a larger variety of music, but the music they chose was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this for one of your next family nights out or even to join a friend for a fun night of catching up.From a previous business owner to you I highly recommend this restaurant.
