  I went to DiBella’s in Mentor as I figured quick and great service with Chipotle being slammed across the street due to their BOGO deal for the Cavs game. As I had guessed there were only four patrons and no one in line. Despite getting in the line, making eye contact with multiple employees behind the counter, no one assisted me. Instead they kept doing what they were doing and both eventually went into the back. I stood there with no one coming back out and getting zero assistance. As I had no one to talk to about it, I left and called. The manager answered and couldn’t have cared less; no accountability, no apology. Bottom line.. there are soooo many places to eat in Mentor, don’t take a chance on DiBella’s.

  Good Impromptu Date Spot. We enjoyed our first experience at Di Bellas. The cheesesteak was good. Although the steak was bland, the steak sauce rounded out the flavor. The Sesame Italian bread had an excellent texture, neither soggy nor doughy. The customer service was good as well. The vintage decor and music were nice touches. The old-fashioned chocolate chip cookies completed the overall experience. Fresh squeezed lemonade would have taken the flavors over the top. They do however have outstanding green tea! We will return.

  A quick and easy business lunch!. A good steak and cheese sandwich. The breads were excellent. A definite step-up from Subway or Quaker Steak.
