Awesome NY Style Pizza. Growing up on the east coast makes it difficult to appreciate pizza from anywhere else. Trying this pizza was a gift from God in Ohio. But here’s a secret, make sure you ask them to cut it NY style so that you can fully appreciate the larger slice, fold it in have and bite in!I love this place!!
Best pizza by far. Forget the other guys and their Midwestern attempt at pizza. Pete and his staff make the closest thing to a pie you would get on the east coast. Great ingredients. Quality is key. I have tried everyone in town and they may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. Nicest people, too. Give it a try!
Finally found NY style pizza!. I grew up in Jersey for the first 18 years of my life. After moving here I was pretty upset that I couldn’t find pizza in the style I was used to. Finally ran into P & P’s and it was a breath of fresh air. All I got the first time was a couple of slices of cheese pizza. Great, authentic pizza in the form I grew up enjoying! Every friday for the past month I have been going back. Reasonable prices, down to earth staff, but honestly the selling point for me is the flavor and style of the pizza.
Disappointed!. We’ve gotten P and P’s pizza several times and it has always been good for a quick meal. We got pizza yesterday evening on a large sheet pizza, and it was by far the WORST pizza I have ever had in my life. Everyone who tried it thought it tasted TERRIBLE. Not just one or two people, it was unanimous that it was awful. It was salty and had almost a greasy and dirty taste to it, like it was cooked in old grease and then dropped on the floor. I’ve never ever tasted pizza so terrible. I couldn’t figure out if something went wrong with the dough, the sauce, the cheese or all of it. I don’t get it because we’ve had it before and it was ok. We ended up throwing out half of it because no one could stomach a second piece. So disappointed I wasted my money. What happened P and P’s???
