We go all the time, the best Italian food around. They need a bigger Dining and waiting area, but everyone is very friendly.
Big portions,. Very very inexpensive for the portions you get! I can get 3 left over dinners from the pasta dinners which definitely makes the trip to Zapitelli’s worth it. The bread they serve with dinner is usually something like sandwhich buns, not good italian bread, and they have less than stellar, if any, appetizers. We only get carry out from this Zapitelli’s location though because we’ve had to walk out of the front lobby after standing at the front counter for 10+ minutes without being seated (never acknowleged, welcomed, or asked if we’ve been helped.) We prefer the Painesville location much better, they have most of this same menu and more, and the service is great.
