The turn off for me was the nasty regulars who think the bar is their home. It’s the kind of place you go to one or two times. When you get to know them, you better be doing what they do. Very shady place. It’s more like a penthouse for gang members and drug dealers. hope the clean it up!
Bang! Bang! Bang! – Zub’s kills it. By far the best bang for your buck for this style of food. It’s quaint and cozy. I have been here many times and never had a bad experience with the service or food. Their menu can look overwhelming but in my opinion it is very clever and well designed (mad props). I have had many different sandwiches there (my wife is a vegetarian) including The Juno (a veggie sandwich). The sandwiches are great quality (no chewies in the meat) and they don’t skimp on it. My favorite sandwiches are the Richy Vaughn (sausage,egg, cheese on a pretzel bagel – I also add bacon to it); and secondly would be The Fletch (roast beef, Swiss, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch). Their roast beef is the best I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend eating here. Their sides are great. And lastly, the ability to put almost anything you want (tots, fries, mozz sticks, eggs, more meat or cheese) on your sandwich makes this place THAT much better :-). I typically order online and occasionally we get it delivered at work.
