The name says it all. Been to Bravo a number of times, and plain and simple, they consistently deliver a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere with friendly professional service. The prices are reasonable, and the food is spot on. For a chain this is an impressive establishment that holds its own quite nicely.

Pleasantly surprised. 4 Stars – Had a very chain restaurant feel to it, but given it is a chain… well… I am not a fan of chain restaurants and only patronize when with non-foodie relatives. I struggled to find something that was interesting and appealing to me on their menu. I would like to see a more interesting menu. I settled for Balsamic Glazed Chicken —Grilled chicken breast served with fresh asparagus, Mediterranean orzo and grain pilaf tossed with spinach, artichokes, garbanzo beans, tomatoes and Feta 15.99The chicken was perfect and plenty of it. The pencil asparagus was cooked to perfection, not all limp and soggy, and not tough. still bright green and perky. The meal was plated well and caught the eye of my companions. The orzo pilaf was spot on with proper cooking and superb flavor. The rosemary foccacia bread was warm and wonderful, and I really enjoyed the sun dried tomato olive oil to dip it in.Our server was Brian and he was quite wonderful. It was my mother’s birthday lunch, and he really focused on her and made her feel special. She was brought a complimentary dessert which looked lovely. She had the Lobster Ravioli Alla Vodka and enjoyed it but said it was only a hint of lobster she found in the ravioli. Brother had the Spaghettini & Meatballs En Sugo and the meatballs were beef and pork together and the 2 of them seemed to be the size of tennis balls. He was pleased. I tend to avoid pasta in chain Italian places because they rarely serve it properly cooked. Not a fan of mushy pasta, so I cannot comment on the quality of their pasta prep. All and all, if they had a more interesting menu, I would actually go back on my own accord. As it is, there isn’t much that appeals to me at the prices. I can get more interesting chef inspired fare at many independent eateries. However, if company dictates a chain place, I’d be happy to redux the balsamic chicken…

Good experience!. Husband and I went on a Tue. evening. Had a great meal. We both had the beef ravioli with sweet potato. Everything was very good. Service was attentive but not overly. Really liked the bread that comes with the meal and didn’t have to ask for more. The waiter was excellent. One of our favorites. Portions were not huge but just right.

Delicioso!. This is the one of the best chains out there. Very consistent, tasty food with solid service. It is one of my favorites and I really enjoy the food!

Good food / personable wait staff. Have eaten here several times in the past month. Risotto was excellent as were the other dishes I had. No one had a bad meal. The wait staff was personable & friendly. Nice experience.
