Start your day the Bistro Way. Waking up feeling the cool summer morning you suddenly have the taste for a crisp Columbian roast coffee. If your morning is anything like ours in the valley then you must step into the one bistro. I enjoyed the quiche, but there are many traditional breakfast items to choose from, say hello to the cook behind the counter and breathe in the morning that started your day.
