My husband and I have eaten here several times and found the service to be quite good! It is my favorite place to go for breakfast and the rest of the menu is very good. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food,great service and very reasonable prices.

Poor Customer Service. I called the Bagley Grill and ordered take out. The person that answered the phone told me my food will be ready in five minutes. I arrived approximately five minutes later but my food was not ready. I waited ten minutes and left. I was not told by the restaurant staff when my food will be ready. I was completely ignored.
