Great food…but very disappointed in cleanliness. I have been coming here for many years. It has always been a great place. This is the first time the place was so dirty. The counters..the garbage container on the counter…the tables..the cashier area…the floor..even the counters behind the register …not to mention the very LOUD music not appropriate for most customers. What happen Capri????
I’ve been to Regina in Boston, Pepes on CT, all the NYC greats, I live in Chicago, from Detroit. These are great Pie Cities. If your looking for a Pizza in this area, you won’t be disapointed. LEGIT
Best New York style pizza.. Having been born, raised and lived a quarter century on Long Island, but lived in the greater Cleveland area for another 20 years, I admit I’m a snob on two food items: pizza and bagels. I haven’t found a real bagel here yet; however, I have found the best pizza in all of Northeast Ohio. Capri does it right, from the crust to the sauce to the cheese. It is as close to a real NY pizza joint as I have found. Even the shop itself is set up just like the pizza joints I knew growing up. If you want a real pizza, do yourselves a favor and stop eating bread with stuff on it – go to Capri and get the regular cheese (or pepperoni, or sausage, etc.) Plus, you can’t beat the prices!
Authentic NY style pizza! I highly recommend the sausage & pepperoni combo!
You’ve Had the Rest, Now Have the Best. Without a doubt, the best pizza (all styles) in the state. Ignore the mopes raised on cheese toast with ketchup (what passes for pizza in these parts) and enjoy pizza the way it was meant to be-New York style. I won’t even comment on the Chicago style people. I can deal with a little rudeness as long as food is made right, but I’ve never experienced that here. I go all the way back to the Great Northern Food Court days with Capri, and when we have a gathering, it is the pizza I drive from Strongsville to pick up. Never a complaint from the guests, most of them ask where it is from as it is their first time having true pizza.
Great pizza. Very good pizza. best new york pizza i have ever had not in new york. huge slices of good pizza. the only down fall i can say is some of the staff is very rude . you will walk in there and they will look at you like your the scum of the earth
