Decent Food. Cold Service. Teenagers running the front.. Literally, snobbish teenagers, (with braces) run the front, and greet customers. Though I would hope for less attitude. I imagine at some High schools in town this would be expected/acceptable attitude.Our waitress was dismissive, and cold. I get more sincere customer service at a Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant was not very busy for 6:00pm on Saturday evening.Our bread arrived after our salads. A 2nd glass of wine was only offered after finishing our meal. Otherwise, the food was hot, well prepared, and mostly well seasoned. Flavors were good, though basic, with little creativity. In short, nothing new. Pretty much what you would expect to find in this part of Montgomery. There were more children in the restaurant than adults. Probably, because the kids like the basic food and the parents hope to get a few glasses of wine with dinner. Sorry to say, they may be disappointed.

Stone Creek in Montgomery, OH — A great dining experience. Great atmosphere. Wonderful food satisfying meat eaters and vegetarians. The spinach artichoke dip was the best I’ve ever had. The marinated tofu surrounded by carrots, broccoli, zucchini, butternut squash-wild mushroom wellington topped with onion straws. Delicious! Enough to bring home. Great service. Convenient parking
Disappointing. Waited for quite some time at the hostess stand before I was greeted. Floor needed sweeping, lots of crumbs etc under tables. Server never checked after I was served my food, which by the way was over salted and lacked flavor.
Not from the area and couldn’t find a spot a spot to grab drinks and lunch until I spotted Stone Creek. I was blown away! The place was beautiful, the service was great, and the product was exactly what I was expecting. Good beer and selection too!
Excellent second visit. We had a bad experience the first time we went there on Valentines day. Sarah Podler, General Manager, reached out and invited us back for a better experience. We tried it again and our meal was fantastic…Durango medallions dish was great. Thank you to Sarah and her staff. They are professional and run an excellent restaurant. Highly recommend it!15 Feb, 2014Bland food, mediocre to poor service. Bread and house salad were pretty good. Pork tenderloin juicy & tender. Potatoes au gratin were cold in the center – leads me to believe they were refrigerated or frozen, then reheated. Anything not made fresh at this price point is disappointing. Green beans were blah. Chicken scaloppine dish is bland and tasteless. You can a better tasting meals at DaSha’s for a lot less. Skip this place!
Love Stone Creek! The house made dipping sauce and bread is a great touch. Like to sit at one of the window tables overlooking picturesque Montgomery. Fave foods: goat cheese appetizer, ponzu pork, spicy shrimp, steaks, ribs, crab cakes, salads – oh it is all good!! Attentive service to!
