Unhappy DiBellas customer. I completed an online survey regarding DiBellas and received a coupon for a free sandwich for my trouble. Nice, right? When I arrived to use my coupon I was told that they must have a printed coupon and could not use the digital coupon that they sent me on my smart phone. Really? That would have been nice to know since it is not stated on the coupon!!!
Now that’s a Sub…. First visit was disappointing. Their Buffalo Chicken Sub was drenched in so much sauce that it completely saturated the bun and made the entire sandwich disintegrate–and the sauce is way too spicy.They should have a choice of mild or hot like when you order wings. The manager fixed it and apologized. Second visit and the Old Fashioned (Turkey, Ham, Genoa Salami) was excellent. Huge subs on fresh bread–and the place smells amazing. Prices are reasonable considering how big the sandwiches are. Flavorful….just really good food. Impressed and will go back.
