I love the Rusty Bucket for great drinks, good craft brews & consistent pub food. I have a neighborhood location & enjoy the other original Columbus spots. Unfortunately, I’ve been to this location at least 15 times (for work & grew up in the area) & you shouldn’t judge the chain on this location. I often order the blood orange habanero margarita & every time I have here, it becomes a big production. The same female bartender made it tonight, she seamed put off as usual, it took forever & she under poured trying to fill the glass with ice, again. Last time she did, the time before the other bartender had to look it up, it’s a menu item. I’m not cheap, happy to pay the $8, but it should be full. Service is also consistent with an attitude. The dining room and bat were less than 1/2 capacity at 7:30. Don’t judge RB on this location. I love the margaritas so much I’ve actually learned to infuse the tequila at home and fresh squeeze. Give the other locations a chance, not this one, Roosters & multiple other options are near. Only positive, food is about the same as other locations.
