Terrible Service from Hannah. I loved the Aioli Fries and Mozzarella Sticks. Good food. Just absolutely HATED the service. Hannah was our server. Took forever to bring the food. Then everything that was handed to us was handed from one end of the table as if we were in a booth – we were at a table in the middle of the floor. Why can’t you just walk to the other end of the table so that a super hot plate doesn’t have to burn 3 people’s hands??? When we got our checks back, she handed the whole stack of checks for us to sort out ourselves. No effort at all. Never even offered us to-go boxes. Never came back before we left, and we sat there for a pretty long time… :/
Ate at the bar. Just great service from bartender, Gene. He recommended several starters – I went with the Chicken & Black Bean Egg Rolls which were excellent. I have eaten here several times and the food has always been very good. Great place to watch games on TV.
I like it a lot!. I have always had great service. The wings come with lots of sauce, but if you ask them they will lighten them up. There are lots of interesting customers to watch – high school sports teams and a big group on their way to a wedding plus for some examples. There are lots of tvs. It is my favorite place to watch college football on a Saturday afternoon.
Won’t go back. My boyfriend likes the food a BW&R. It’s not my favorite and his kids don’t really like the food. His son will eat it. His daugher really, really doesn’t like it. I have some dietary restrictions and I can’t eat at BW&R without eating something I’m allergic to. His daughter and I really like Chipotle, which is next door, and much easier to get something gluten free. I thought the perfect solution would be to grab some food for us at Chipotle, then bring it over to BW&R where my boyfriend and his son were eating so we could eat as a family. I purchased a drink at BW&R so they would get some money out of me (which incidentally, they forgot to charge for). I also planned on leaving a couple extra dollars for the server since I did not purchase my food there. During the middle of our meal the manager came over and asked us not to bring in outside food. She didn’t care that the kids didn’t like their kids menu and insisted they should be able to find something on it (she must not have kids!) Her entire approach was very abrasive. So in the future, I will not bring outside food to BW&R, because I will not be going to BW&R. I understand the servers need to make tips, etc. However, they won’t be making any money on me through food purchases or tips if we don’t go there! It was also kids night so we wouldn’t have been paying for their meals anyway. My boyfriend and I have both eaten there several times without the kids. So for about $6 in sales and $1.50 in tips, they have lost some customers. Great business move!
Best service. Good service food was great
Daytime bartender I think her name is heather… Was on her phone completely ignoring customers. I needed a refill she was sitting at the bar playing in her phone and eating. Worst bar customer service I have seen in a while. Other servers would come to get drinks and she just stood there. It took longer to get my drink then it did to get my wings I will never sit at that bar again.
Weekend female bartender is horrible. Took longer to make our drinks than to make our wings.
