  Buffet Special should come with a Dental visit…. My husband and l have been to the New China Buffet, but it has been more than 3+ years since going last. We liked the food before, but the food and Service has drastically declined, as evidenced by the lack of patrons. We were the only one’s dining tonight, which at first l kind of liked, seeing we were there to celebrate my Birthday. Both my husband and l picked a variety of foods to try, we found there wasn’t much there that wasn’t dry, or just inedible. We did arrive an hour before closing, but we still expected fresh food. My husband made the comment that if he were a respected restaurant owner, he would have been open and honest with his late coming patrons, the food was not fresh, give them the opportunity to eat on the house, and offer them a % off the next time they come, this would not only please the customer, but they would be more likely to return, and tell their friends about the good service they received. We sort of knew something was up when they didn’t ask us how are food was upon leaving. There is another restaurant in the same Strip Mall that we visit quite often, and the service there is like night a and day compared to New China Buffet. This Mexican restaurant is usually busy, even towards the end of their service. New China Buffet use to be much better, l don’t know what has changed, but they won’t be in business much longer if the owner’s don’t open their eyes soon, and make the needed changes.
