Eh….not so great. Small but nice place…plain decor. One person serving at bar and also waiting tables. Split a pizza with my 11 yr old for dinner…was not hot and didn’t taste good…. Even my food loving son could only get a slice down.Served pizza by extremely unfriendly young man who was also making pizza. Very disappointed with experience at this place. Will not return
I’m really trying to like The Village Tavern, however, the wait staff makes it almost impossible. Our waitress was cold and seemed almost irritated that we were there. The food was fine, nothing super, and they only have 1 free refill on soft drinks. Really, the only thing this place has going for it are the prices. They’re reasonable! All in all, I certainly won’t be back. Sorry, Village Tavern.

The pizza was alright, not amazing, but better than most chains. However, the price was right, and this place has a great bar menu (including deep fried pickles). Overall, it’s not a great pizzeria, but a good bar.
NTVT. This place is your classic small town bar. They serve flat beer and pizza. However, the pizza is REALLY good and it’s just a good time.
