Where has Hang Yuen Kitchen gone?. I’ve told many that Hang Yuen was the best around. However, something has changed over the last few months… Many of the dishes, soups and …yes, the fried rice seem to be missing something. My most recent purchases are an example, the won ton broth had little of the flavor I had come to look forward to, and many of the dishes seem more industrialized/mass prepared a head of time…when some one finds the ole Hang Yuen let me know, I’d like to come back and enjoy it.
