Wood, bricks, brews. Pictures of world travelers, fanboys (and girls) wearing Fat Head logo t-shirts, adorn a wall. Attentive service didn’t leave us hanging. Cooled off with a house Oktoberfest, plucked from an appreciable selection of world class brews. A full house for a Tuesday evening, but food took longer than expected to leave the kitchen. Lager-battered onion rings and bavarian pretzel sticks, overcooked and sans assortment of dipping sauces, arrived first. A burrito full of smoked prime rib and lime cilantro rice, with a generous pile of hand cut chips eventually found its way to our table. Also, had opportunity to sample an impressive stack of smokehouse wings, dry rubbed in brown sugar and pepper, across meaty bones. Overall recommendation? Do it for the beers, the rest may fall into place.

One of the signature gastropubs of the new Cleveland, I highly recommend this place. The food is wonderful with generous portion sizes even by Midwest standards. Best part is having trial size servings of their craft brews.

Great Wings!. The plain smoked wings are a big favorite – huge, seasoned just right, great plate to share after golf or other activity.

Horrible. Wait over an hour for a table for 2. People seated that came in at least 30 min after us before we were. The hostess was completely incompetent and didn’t know how to do her job. Told 3 people ahead of us and they seated people who came in way after us. Obviously you guys don’t know how to seat people especially when tables are empty for 15 mins and people at the bar take the tables. It’s this thing called invest in headsets for employees and reserved signs for tables. Also hire people who are not stupid and can do their job.
