VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ya know the ole phrase, customer is always right. While we were repeat, loyal customers and enjoyed the food for a while, we had a terrible experience when ordering turkey sandwhiches and a BLT. The BLT came on bread with black marks on it (even though we did not ask for the bread to be toasted) and it tasted very stale, like it had been sitting around for a couple of days, the turkey was brown and when I questioned the store about whether they gave me ham… they gave me attitude. It looks like ham, tastes like ham, smells like ham…. but it is turkey….. more like mystery meat. Spend the extra coin for a better experience and folks that know how to treat their customers…. go to Jason’s Deli – 614-291-7246. They offer superior food and by far a waaaay better customer experience.
