Yesterday I had been to this place it’s like typical Bangalore small dosa restaurant with dosa & idly as their main menu.Chai is not that great plz don’t try tea or coffee. It’s best for idly wada & dosa.
Very hospitable staff. The food is amazing and so fresh. Wide array of fantastic looking deserts. Had the Pondicherry dosa and a samosa. Very satisfied and large proteins were provided. Mysore Pak for dessert, I wasn’t familiar with the selections and I found this one kind to be too sweet for my taste. Will be back.
The best south Indian food in Columbus, so far. I have tried a few other places, big and small, but nothing like this one. It is a small restaurant with humble setting. The food is clean, fresh and quick (relatively), although it is not the flavors I’m used to back in India. The prices are very reasonable too.The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. You will constantly see them smiling. Will keep returning!Bottom line: the closest you can get to south Indian food in Columbus.
Awesome good service in Asian Indian restaurant south Indian and serves nice to people-very nice. Service is amazing. Normally in Indian restaurants- the service cannot be counted.. at least Indians to Indians- just kidding!:) i mean Asian IndiansThese guys traveled extra mile, other than being Vegetarian – entire Kannan’s family and Santosh family-they loved it. I asked for Hot water which is my favorite, they went out of the way to give in a Jug-which was amazing.they also waived one coffee for Kannan-he likes Coffee- they waived, they did not take the money at all -not even a single cent. They have people the lady who is from Karnataka-works hard at her age. Normally Indian old age (Asian Indian)-we consider we have to take care by others..whereas this is totally different. Whereas Americans work at 80 or 90 also in Publix we had seen in Florida and California. This is amazing place. Everyone loved the food. They made Pondicherry Dosa- really outstanding. We loved it. Super good. Sambar and Chutney were tasty as well!:)We had Americans also in the restaurant when we visited.
Indian food novice. Never having been to an Indian restaurant before we weren’t sure what/how to order. The staff were very nice and helped us when we told them we were unsure. Most of the patrons were Indian which makes me think it is authentic. The food was delicious! We’ll definitely go back.
Best place for Indian Breakfast food. Its a typical south Indian restaurant. Delicious food and Consistent quality. Thali’s /combos are best.
More than I Expected. Nicely kept, small restaurant. Extensive menu of great looking food. Sorry, noticed no slant. The food took less than 10 minutes to prepare. I had Mysore Masala Dose and I loved it. It was my first venture into Indian food.. The Dosa was huge with 2 spicey/delicious dipping sauces. Total cost = $7. On the wall is a large picture all of the food they serve and every one looks delicious. I definitely will be back.
