I visited this restaurant today itself after reading some commendable reviews. The place is quite decent but customer service is not. It took us a while to figure out whom to ask to get seated as there was no one on reception/counter. A lady having lunch nearby told us to get seated anywhere we wish and then it took few more minutes for someone to come and take order. The guy who took our order seemed not interested in entertaining us. We ordered Dosa thali and vegetarian thali, food was just average. It wasn’t the best South Indian meal I had in Columbus, especially the staff made the experience worst. They should at least know how to treat customer nicely. Also getting check after finishing meal was another hazard, we finally had to walk to cashier counter after waiting for 5-10 min and ask them to take it from us.So, I’ll not be visiting this place again and would not even recommend this to anyone. instagram.com
