Food is mediocre at best. When placing a delivery order it arrives (although very fast delivery time) wrong 80% of the time. I placed a dinner order over the phone for my family during the week and gave my CC number over the phone: food was delivered (at 6:30pm) my family ate and went to bed at 8:00pm. At 10:30pm that evening my husband and I heard banging at our front door and the doorbell was being rung excessively. To my surprise it was 2 employees from Hong Hong stating my CC didn’t go through. After presenting my CC to the employees it apparently had been written down incorrectly by one of their employees. No phone call before hand, no apologies given for waking my sleeping kids and no compensation for their utter rudeness. I will not order from Hong Kong again, EVER!

I’m not sure if this is a salon or a restaurant, but they should choose one and not the other. I’m never going back.
I really enjoy their food, and they make my tofu exactly how I want it–not deep fried, and they get extra points for that. It’s more American-style Chinese food than traditional but it’s comfort food to me. Yum!
