  • Great lunch buffet! My favorite Indian restaurant in Columbus. The chicken tikka masala is excellent. It is pretty affordable for a lunch buffet too.…

  • If I could give this place a zero, I would. I hated it so much. Mediocre food that was not fresh, just warmed up. Abysmal service. Won't come back.…

Terrible chicken tikka masala. I tried their vegetable biryani and it was great. But I ordered the chicken tikka masala. The pieces were chewy. I told the supplier about it. She said it is supposed to be like that !! All chicken tikka masala I tried were having tender and juicy pieces. I told her to recook it. She came back with the pieces cut into smaller pieces. But it was still chewy. Either the curry was old or the meat. I was with my friend and we gave 7$ tip for the 30$ bill (actually we should not have paid for the chicken tikka masala). When we were leaving, we said goodnight to her and she kept a straight face. Unbelievable !

Great food crappy customer service. Out of Towners found this place based on the highway reviews and one of our party was craving Indian food. We got here at 2:30 and realized they closed at three. But decided to go in anyway even though the cooks typically hate that. Went in and noticed it was a buffet, we can deal with that. I have never really had Indian food for so I tried it all and it was amazing. The other two in my party, who are Indian food lovers, said the food was one of the best day of head and they live in LA. The waitress had told us when we came in that they closed at three and it was buffet and we could help ourselves. We stayed for maybe 10 or 15 minutes when the server came back around and said that they were closing at three. We just said okay. It took her another couple of minutes to bring us a bill. That pretty much wrecked everybody’s day from that point on. Who closes when there are people still eating and paying for their food? Mind blowing. Anyway. Go here but don’t expect wow factor other than food.

Best Indian in Columbus. My wife and I frequent New India and love it. The service is great. The lunch buffet is outstanding and they always offer a variety of great dishes. We’ve tried a lot of other places in Columbus and this is one we will always come back to because of the friendly staff and great food. I highly recommend this place if you really want a great Indian cuisine experience.

Very rude service. Do not wanna go back.. Went there on May 6th around 8:30pm. The mid aged Indian female server circled on the recommended tip (15% 18% 20%) on the bill right in front of my face right before I sign the bill. It’s not like I’m not gonna pay the tip, and she is treating me like I’m some random kid who paid no tip last time I went there. Very rude. Do not go there if u don’t wanna ruin ur day.

Great food and attentive service-Dinner Time. I found the food to be very good along with very attentive service. The wait staffs explained (and help pronounce as I butchered several) many of the dishes. This was the third Indian Restaurant I have been to over the past 5-6 years and will absolutely return to this one. It was a great over all experience with very accommodating staff. I recommend this Indian Restaurant.

I’ve been here twice and I’ve not been disappointed! The food has been really good. The buffet offers many choices of great Indian dishes. I’ve never had a problem with the service. If you like Indian, you’ll be happy eating here!

Best Indian Buffet. If you want something fast and delicious, the buffet at New India never disappoints. I like the Korma, Curry and Kaftas. Great spinach palak paneer. And as much nan as you can hold.
