We so badly want a restaurant in this location to succeed but these guys are so inconsistent it’s ridiculous. We’ve been there about five times and the only thing going for it is the beer and nice waitresses. Our food tonight was really bad. The fish tacos tasted awful and weren’t served as described. When I asked for additional sauce they tried to pass plain sour cream for cilantro sauce. Our other food ranged from bland to super greasy. It’s time to invest in better cooks.

Our first experience a couple months ago was delicious. We had the crafty burger and the short rib grilled cheese. We were excited to go back and did so tonight, however we left incredibly disappointed. The waitress had told us their menu had changed slightly and it appears it changed for the worse. First we started with the pretzel braids, which consists of 2 pretzel logs that taste like nothing. There is absolutely no salt on the pretzels and the sauces are awful! Do not waste 8 bucks or the calories on them! We then got the short rib grilled cheese again because we loved it so much last time and it was completely different! It hardly had any cheese on it and the bread used was plain, boring white bread, which was hardly even grilled. What kind of grilled cheese lacks the actual cheese anyways? We also tried the chicken and waffle sandwich. That was okay, but wouldn’t get it again. The jalepeno syrup that comes with it lacks any jalepeno flavor and could use a bit of a kick. Overall, the fried pickles were the best thing of the night, which comes as a side with the grilled cheese. We also were seated on their patio, by a heater that blasted hot hair on us from our waist up, but our legs and feet were freezing. So bummed about our experience tonight after having such a good one the first time a few months back! We were excited to bring our families there when they came to town in the future, but that definitely won’t be happening now. The service was decent, but if you want to charge the prices you do, please make sure the food lives up to the price.
