Terrible customer service, took 2 hours to get my simple pizza delivered and the manager offered me a $4 off coupon and was snarky the whole time. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Go to Mios.

Rude employees, bad food, screwed up orders, and even the menu board is confusing as is their pricing. No idea how they charged for our food and there was no itemized bill, but you know it worked outin their favor by more than a few bucks. I won’t return.
New Management = Bad Pizza. I didnt think you could ruin a Donatos Pizza but the last three times I have eaten at this restaurant has been terrible. One time they asked me twice is it delivery or pickup…PICKUP…they delivered. I had to stand in the store for twenty minutes while they made me a new pizza. The entire time I stood there the manager shot me dirty looks like it was my fault. Last night I got a Mariachi Beef, usually one of my favorite pizzas, it was TERRIBLE. Unfortunately I cannot continue to spend bigger bucks on terrible pizza made by rude employees. I love Donatos…just not this one.
I love Donato’s pizza but I don’t love this location. Delivery takes an eternity. Seriously. I have a beard now.
