We went to Ihop with two kids on a Sunday morning. It was busy, but observing our server, he didn’t have many tables. He took a long time to take our order, going to other tables first who arrived after us. When he finally came, I went to say my order, and he talked to the two tables next to us as i was saying my order. We had no silverware or straws (had to ask the hostess) and the orders came out sporadically, with our youngest receiving his food last. We just got pancakes, and an omelet for me and a grilled sandwich with fries for my spouse (only got 10 fries). When our server finally came back, we inquired about the fries, and he kept saying that was the standard amount. We had no refills of our drinks, and our server never came back. We had to go up front to get our bill. We went to another Ihop and got slow service, but not this bad. We will be making pancakes at home. We will not go back.
Coffee was good. Food was OK. The service was not good. Everyone that worked there looked miserable, and acted like they did not want to be there. The waiter was very rushed and tossed the check on the table without saying a word. Very unprofessional. Please avoid this place.
Very slow, nice waitress
It took over 30 minutes for us to be seats and our waitress didnt care about our order or our friends. Prepare to wait forever and your order will be wrong. Never coming back.
IHOP makes one thing well…. MONEY.This place is a money factory that moves customers through to the tune of at least $10 a head.Menu prices all feature multiple 9’s. That small tankard of coffee they deliver when you order a cup is $1.99. While $10 to $20 is certainly a reasonable price for a good meal, IHOP’s just not that good.
Don’t bother. We were seated quickly…and then forgotten about. After 20 minutes no one had come by to bring water or take our order, although diners at other tables were helped. We flagged down two different servers and a hostess to find out what the problem was. No one had an answer.After another 10 minutes, we walked out.
