As many others have said here and elsewhere, this is another Chipotle clone in terms of how the food is ordered and produced as well as the approximate price point involved, just the actual food is a bit different and of course the focus is on italian-ish flavors rather than texmexamericanMy favorite item here is the steak piada. The steak itself is cut into much larger slices than the diced pieces of protein that you get at a Chipotle, and I love how it comes medium to medium rare (my preferred temp) by default.I also love that you can get lobster bisque for under 3 dollars. It isn’t the worlds greatest lobster bisque, but its solidly good, and the price just cant be beat
Fresh Salads. I go to Piada once every other week for lunch. Their salad ingredients are always fresh, and the salmon is cooked well. A fresh $7 salad with salmon is hard to beat. The salad is also low in calories and fat.

Wide variety for all tastes. I like that there are so many choices for healthy toppings for pasta and salads. Also, reasonably priced. It would be helpful if the menu was more ala carte rather than grouping things. The small chopped salad is wonderful with all the fresh toppings. But, is it on the big menu?
Are you tired of Chipotle?. Do you want Italian? Do you want noodles? still want a burrito type sandwich/ food to go? Try Piada Italian street food and get in line to make your Piada, salad, or pasta bowl. I recommend requesting your Piada bread to be made fresh( wet dough). Watch the video on the Piada website and you’ll see what I mean. When they are busy they make a bunch ahead of time and reheat on the stone. This seems to make a difference freshness wise. It may look like a burrito but taste only of Italian goodness
So I finally tried Piada. I ordered online and skipped the line which actually wasn’t too long when I went. I hear it can get quite busy. I got a Piada filled with pasta and calamari along with lots of veggies. The calamari was breaded and very soggy. I’m not sure if this is because it was wrapped up with sauce? The Piada itself wasn’t bad, and huge! I also got the pepporni Piada stick (OK), and the artichoke Piada stick (great)! The sauce the sticks came with was just OK, I think I would have preferred a red sauce with them. I also tried the cannoli chips with dip and I thought they were bland. Overall it was Ok. It is priced reasonably. I will try it again and get the pasta bowl which I saw some others eating and it looked good.
Nice new option. I like this different take on Italian food. The ingredients are fresh, and I love the different choices of sauces and meats. Also love the fresh piada bread wrap.
