Terrible service. I went for the first time to get rellanos and waited almost 30 minutes. Then the young lady taken my order spoke to me in english but then spoke to the other guy working with her in spanish then he spoke to me in english which made me uncomfortable because if we all clearly speak english and there is a misunderstanding on what Im asking why cant we all communicate in that language. The place was very dirty, hot and uncomfortable. The service was terrible and there was no structure. The food was good but to have to go through all the crap to get it isnt worth it.
Muy bueno!. This is a very good place to eat if you are getting pre-prepared food from the buffet. However, if you are getting a specialty item (like a Cuban Sandwich), you may have to wait quite a while. They seem to be a bit disorganized in that area.
Terrible Service!. The place is filthy and the staff is rude if you’re not Puerto Rican. They don’t have any menu posted so they charge you whatever they want. I ordered the same meal as a lady that was 2 places ahead of me in line and I was charged five dollars more than she was. I didn’t say anything because I am not a confrontational person but I could not believe it! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Try the Rincon Criollo resteraunt on 65th & Detriot instead. They are clean, friendly and fair prices.
Theese people are crooks!! I have been there several times and depending on who waits on me the price is always different for the SAME order! Last time I went there a couple of weeks ago it was an old man and he charged me $8.00 for 3 empanadillas and a Malta Goya! This was the most I’ve ever paid. I’ve gotten this exact same order there before for $4.00! I don’t know if they just see a white person and take advantage or what but I won’t be going back. They have no prices listed so I’m still not sure what the actual prices are.
Great food!!!!!!. Best Puerto Rican food in Cleveland by far.
