‘The Goat’ at Crepes de Luxe was phenomenal! I came to Cleveland for the weekend and this was my first stop after the coffee place next to it. I’ll be talking about the spinach, tomato and goat cheese Crepe for days!
Plenty of other things at the market. We tried a sweet crepe (fresh strawberries and nutella) and a savory crepe (smoked brisket and emmental cheese). The sweet crepe was good initially, but turned rather soggy toward the end. The savory crepe was pretty bland, the result of the sparse amount of brisket and lack of other seasoning. Given the variety of food available at the market, we would probably not visit this stand again.
Love!. Love this place! The Classic Crepe is sooo good. I’ve also had one with strawberries, dark chocolate and coconut, which was also delicious! And what goes awesome with a decadent crepe??? Coffee!!…And lucky for you (and me!), there’s a wonderful and reasonable coffee stand next door. It’s also really neat to watch the guy make the crepes. Seems to truly be an art!
