We eat at the Road House frequently because it’s the closest restaurant to our house. Now we can’t, due to the fact that they do not have car seat slings for infants. The options given to us included sitting our two month old on a peanut covered floor or on an upside down high chair that they can’t set up for us for liability reasons. Also, they do not provide changing stations in either restrooms. Food is great, but family accommodations are poor.
Our Favorite Restaurant!. My husband and I love this restaurant. It’s a bit pricey for us, so we go only on special occasions. It’s our understanding that the owner also runs Steve’s Dakota Grill in Ontario and Marion, but the Roadhouse definitely has the better food. The western decor and country music really appeal to us and the steaks are fabulous. Peanut shells all over the floor make for slippery walking though, so watch your step.
