Going downhill. When Roosters first opened, it was great! The food was excellent and so was the service. But anymore, it seems that things are steadily going downhill. The past two times my family and I have gone, the fries have been ice cold. The other night, one of our orders of wings was also cold and the wings had barely any sauce. The waitress explained that the wings usually have a dry look to them, which I knew from past experiences wasn’t the case. It also takes FOREVER to get a waitress to your table at any part of your meal, and just as long to get your bill to pay–20+ minutes to get a soft drink order to the table and 20+ minutes to get your bill after the table has been cleared?I love their food, when it’s right. My favorite thing to get are the boneless garlic wings. But with the way the service has been and the food prep issues, I don’t know how likely we are to return. It wouldn’t be as irritating if these issues were isolated to one visit only, but we are talking the same problems, at several different visits, and at times when they aren’t very busy. Clearly, there are issues and kinks that need worked out.

I called back to talk to the manager, Brittany, I let her know that my 1/2 lb. burger was only 1/4 lb. , that I was only given a solitary outer piece of red onion, and that the fries were stale and looked like they came out of the bottom of the fryer. She apologized for the mistakes and mailed me a credit for that part of the order. I am extremely happy with the chicken and the customer service and I will eat here again even after the mistakes that were made.
