  Worst Dinning experience of my life! The Service is ABYSMAL! After 25 minutes and asking for a waitress and a manager we finally got up and left!

  Will never be back again!avoid like the plaque!. We went their with our friends to celebrate their daughters 21st birthday,09-08-12. had a few drinks outside and watched the bull rides, fake bull. left and went wandering around the island. decided to go back and try their food. we were a party of six. 4 of us went inside and got a table, while my friends husband and son were outside watching the girls ride the bull. when they tried to come and eat dinner with us they were stopped and refused service because they said is son was only 17. really. earlier in the day they even let the 17 year old inside the bar. so the group inside had ordered drinks unaware of what was going on outside.when we found out we decided to leave. now the management wanted us to pay for the drinks we did not drink. even called the police and tried to have us arrested. the police made us pay or go to jail. we paid and then immediately stopped payment on our credit card. we tried to settle this reasonably, they did not care at all. still contemplating lawsuit for false charges, harassment, etc. be aware if you go. manangement does not care about anhyone except the dollar. willnever,ever go back again. since when do you pay for something you don’t drink or eat etc. went to holligans after the long incident was over. food and staff were excellent.

  Bad service. Went for drinks…had fun riding the bull but waited forever for a drink.

  I had been at Put In Bay for 4 days along with 3 other couples and we agreed that the best food and service we had the whole time there was at T&Js Smokehouse. The baby back ribs and smokehouse salad are two items you must try! We will definitely be back!

  Avoid like the plague!!!. Worst restaurant experience ever! The waitress waited over an hour to tell us that our food order was lost! When we asked why it took over an hour to figure this out she said I was busy with other tables. This was on a Wednesday night, and there were four other tables eating dinner. When we went to the manager she talked to the owner who was there, neither one apologized for the crappy service, but they said well take to food off your bill. Really!?!?! You mean the food we never received? Its obvious by the lack of quality service that this restaurant will not be in business for very long. Thank god for @hooligans tavern and the bartender who made sure we were able get our order in before the kitchen closed.

  I’m writing this to save others from a dissapointing meal. A group of friends and I went to T&Js for a birthday dinner. The server was TERRIBLE. It took her at least ten minutes to greet us and there was only one other occupied table in the whole restaurant. She was extremely rude and messed up our beer order. Our order didn’t take long but the food was bad! It was unappetizing and my Texas toast sandwich was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up. It had avacados on it that were brown and hard. I was scared to it eat it all because all I could think about was food poisoning. Everyone else was also unhappy with their meals. This was the worst part….she came back after we were done and asked us all what we got so she could ring up our bills. She brought them out and of course, they were screwed up. After two other tries they were finally right. Don’t waist your money or time here!
