New Menu. I go to Jed’s from time to time as the environment is friendly and I don’t mind catching a game and a cold beer, but recently I noticed the menu changed. It is a more well rounded menu with an upscale approach. Of course there are still all the fried food options, but there are increased offerings as well that don’t come out of the fryer. Nice job. I’m not sure if this place would be considered a brestaurant or not but there’s a heavy focus on attractive women on the wait staff. All in all a nice family restaurant with better than average food and service at fair prices.
Since management change, food and service suffering. We used to be weekly regulars to the Perrysburg Jed’s. I believe a few months ago the restaurant changed management, and we did not receive adequate service nor food during any of our visits since then. We have not been back since June or July. The last time we were there it was a Friday and we ordered the Freak Balls, which ended up being so over-fried and dry you could barely chew them. We might try back after another year or so to see if anything has improved…
