Good Food, Good Service!. I went to Iron Chef in late April/ early May of 2014 for prom with a huge group of people. We made reservations the day before, and were seated quickly once are whole group arrived. Our food was excellent, and the chef was hilarious. Overall we all had a great time, and were all very impressed. My only complaint is how hot the room is, but it’s totally worth it for such good food. I had the steak and chicken combo, with steamed rice, and I would highly recommend it. It was to die for, and cooked exactly as I ordered it. I’m heading back again tonight!
T. Patrick. We had a group of six people go to dinner Saturday February 15th we arrived at the site and where told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. At around 30 minutes in we asked and where told we were informed of the wrong time it would be 45 minutes, and he did not know why the other lady had told us 25 minutes. At the 45 minute mark we were told a table was clearing and we would be next. They then proceeded to call 3 groups of 2, when we asked about this we were told the table was too small for our party and if we waited 10 minutes they would put us at a larger table. So after about another 15 minutes they called our party and another party of 6 and sat us all at the same table. They put us all at the same table to say we were crammed in was an understatement. Once we were seated they took our orders and then we did not see any one for another 20 minutes. When they finally did start to cook our food they ran out of sauce cups and where using what looked to be coasters.The food was good but the experience was not worth the price, we understand long waits can happen but to be told different times each inter veal is the true problem here.
