Don’t waste your time. The place looks nice when you first walk-in. Then it is all down hill after you start dealing with the employees. We called ahead about an 1 1/2 hrs ahead of time as suggested by the front desk. Still had to wait about another hour. Went to kill time in the arcade. About a quarter of the games weren’t working. Other ones that were working didn’t correctly give ticket credits. Nothing they could do to add credits to my card.Our lanes were finally ready. I had a coupon for 50% off an hour rental but didn’t get credit for it. Didn’t see it until it was too late because of other charges. The lanes must be made up of scraps from other bowling alleys in the area. Had 3 lanes and they all had some problems with pins falling or missing, not scoring correctly or balls not coming back. If you have more than one lane, the time starts after one of the lane starts. It actually starts when you press start, not when the first ball is thrown.
Could be great but hit or miss is more like it. Great place to take kids because of the games and stuff. Nice big place but be prepared it is loud inside. Which you’d kind of expect… it is also a bowling alley. Service at the bar can be slow at times. The wait service is very hit or miss too. We used to go to RULE 3 every Friday night when they had karaoke. Still hit it now & then. Food is pretty good… the waffle fries are great. A lot of people go there to watch boxing and MMA fights. The best way I can describe RULE 3 is bowling alley meets a sports bar meets Chuckie Cheese. It does have things for the whole family to do.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!. I took my family here on a friday evening after work. When I first walked in I was amazed at the nice bowling lanes and bright lights from the arcade. Then I walked to the counter to get a lane and shoes for my family. There was a teenager working the counter and told me to hold on while he finished watching his youtube video which i thought was rather rude but I let it slide. We got our shoes and he gave us a lane which had drinks and food all over the table. We cleaned up our own table and put everything on the bar. I then waited at the bar to order my food while a group of teenagers that were working stood in a circle and didn’t acknowlege me for 10 mins until i finally had to walk around the counter to get one of their attentions. I ordered two pizzas and we started bowling. The thing that is disappointing about waiting that long to order is you pay to bowl per hour. So now I have wasted 15 mins trying to order food and we only had 45 mins to bowl. we received our pizzas about 20 mins into it and we were eating our pizza in between bowling and we were all enjoying ourselves until we left our pizza and drinks unattended at our own table in our own lane and one of the busboys took our pizza and drinks away and cleaned the table off. We still had half a pizza left on both pizzas. We complained to the management and they refused to give us our money back and said they could only refund us in game card points. he gave us $5.00 worth of game points. i felt disrespected do to the fact the pizzas were 20 a piece and and the drinks were 3 a piece (we had 4 drinks). It was time to leave and of course i stood at the bar for another 15 mins until someone would let me cash my tab out. I never complain about customer service and have worked in the hospitality industry myself and understand how it can be a stressful job, however this was at 4pm in the afternoon and there were more people working there then customers. It was by far the worst service out of any family fun place I have ever been too. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!
Decent food, but make sure you order everything you want the first time you talk to your server, because once they bring you the food you won’t be seeing them again. Get all the drinks you want as well, because you can’t get service at the bar either. We won’t be back.
Absolutely Terrible Service. The place is totally run by kids with no thought to real cusomer service.I live near the place and every 3-4 months I’ll give them a try to see if things have changed. Not yetI think I’m at a 50% error rate when ordering carry-out. Fun place, but the service and food not good.
Good Pizza, fun bowling, but staff and other food we have had bad experiences with the few times we have been there. Tonight, a Thursday, we came and stood by the counter to put our name in at the bowling area and the two girls working there didn’t even speak to us. We had to eventually walk over to the other computer where she was talking to a coworker, then they said just come back around 10. I said do we need a pager so you can notify us, and she sad no, just come back around 10. The concept of this place is awesome, and they have live music on the weekends as an outdoor patio, I think it’s just poorly managed. Certain things we have ordered were not good such as their buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken was very tough. French fries and pizza are good. I guess you can come and check it out for yourself.
Horrible.. Ive been here a few times and just went for the last time. A few friends and I went there last Saturday night. Cool atmosphere but man was the service horrible!!! The bartenders were extremely cocky and just flat out rude. Food was ok but way over priced and very small portions. The Mini bowling area was a complete disaster! Trash everywhere! The carpet was so STICKY from spilled drinks and the tables looked like they had not been cleaned all day…. I really dont understand how a place with so much potential could be so unorganized. Obvious owner issues and management.
