One of my wrestlers had been craving a milkshake from this place for the past year. We walk in at 8PM and the manager (Dan) tells us they have stopped making milkshakes; at 8PM!! We ask the manager why and he has trouble coming up with a answer and finally tells us because he does not have enough staff to make a shake which is a management problem. Then after a little bit of complaining he tells us he can’t make the shakes because they are out of ice cream; another management problem. They have four kinds of ice cream but somehow they ran out of ice cream. Then he tells another overhearing staff member to check the fridge for ice cream. He confirms that they are out of ice cream; however, the everyone in our group could sense they both were lying and the staff member was covering the manager. The manager also has trouble keeping a professional decorum; he at one point punch the wall and blurted out f*ck. This place was packed last year and now hardly anyone is here; now I know why. Very poor management. The owner should look into this if he would like to improve his business.
I was on the CSU campus for classes I was taking and wanted to find something new for lunch. Found B2B and tried their veggie burger one day and veggie quesadilla another and I was not disappointed! Both were rich in flavor and weren’t to heavy and had such a raw taste and blend. I highly recommend coming here for a quick bite with reasonable prices!
Service. Burgers were ok, nothing special except for the bacon. Fries good too. The music (too loud & awful) and the wait of over 25 minutes for a burger and fries was annoying. It was wing night but wasn’t crowded at all so we were confused as to the wait. Burger was lukewarm, fries were hot. Disinterested line cook couldn’t scorn us fast enoughwhen asking where to sit/ how to order. Hope the owner has a team meeting. Great beer selection though!
Great Burgers, Horrendous Service. The burgers and fries here were fantastic – without a doubt one of the best burgers you’ll find in Cleveland. B2B has some pretty good competition around too – Dynomite Burgers is right down the road and there’s a B-Spot in the Casino – but the food at B2B blows the competition away.Unfortunately for B2B, their service is so incredibly terrible it probably turns some potential guests away. When you go, it’s designed as a quick serve restaurant. You order in line, but then they make the food and bring it to your table. They offer full service outside on the patio (even though the restaurant is right on Euclid Ave – the patio is pretty quiet and a great place to eat).My girlfriend and I arrived around 6:30 on a Saturday – the place was pretty empty except for two or three full tables. We sat out on the patio since they (supposedly) had full service. The waitress came out right away and dropped off a couple menus and a drink list and told us she’d be right back. After 5-10 minutes of waiting patiently I decided to just go to the counter and order. When I told the waitress she never came back out to get our drink orders she apologized, took the drink order, and brought our beers out to us. We told her we were going to finish our first round of drinks before ordering. 20 minutes later and still no sign of the waitress coming back to get us more drinks or take our order, we decided to once again go inside to order for ourselves. We ordered our food and drinks at the counter – my girlfriend got a draft beer that they poured right away. I ordered a bottle of Grolsch – evidently they were out of bottles up front so after three of the employees fought over who was going to have to walk twenty feet back to the bar to get my beer for me, I was told they would bring it to my table right away.10 minutes later our burgers were coming out to us. I was still beer less, we had no silverware, no condiments and no napkins. I asked the kid who brought our food out to check on my beer – five minutes later and I was still beer less. Again, I went inside to get it myself.I really can’t in anyway over emphasize how truly terrible the service at B2B was. The restaurant was basically empty and the four employees working the front couldn’t even get their act together to serve a party of two, it was pathetic. That being said, the burgers and fries were excellent. I would go back – but I wouldn’t waste my time waiting for the staff to serve you. If I were the management, I’d fire a few of the employees and just tell the guests everyone had to order at the counter, no full service on the patio.
Lunch experience. Went to try for lunch. Sandwiches and fries were good and seemed to be a reasonable value for the money. The music however was way too loud – not a pleasant environment if you want to have a lunch conversation. Needs to decide if they’re a club or a casual lunch place. That alone might deter me from returning despite the food.
Burgers. My fiance and I were in town, went to B2B for dinner. By far the BEST burger I have ever had!! Service was great, staff was exceptional! Highly recommend if you are in the area trying them out!! Fantastic!!
