Great after show choice!. We went to see STOMP this past Sunday and decided to pop into Bin 216 after the show. The decor, the ambiance and the service is all really nice, and fits in great in the theater district. Dave was our server, and he was very funny, engaging, and quick to answer any questions that we had. There is a very nice non-typical menu, you must try the Lobster Nachos! YUM!! The cocktails are very well done! There were 6 of us so we had a variety of their signature cocktails and as a professional mixologist, I must say I was impressed. The only thing I would change, is the fact that they don’t seem to stay open very late on Friday & Saturday. 11 pm is perfect for the kitchen, but maybe a little early for cocktails. Honestly, there are not a ton of people staying out late on a Sunday in downtown Cleveland, so I get that. However on Friday & Saturday for those who want a nice refined, upscale atmosphere, instead of a random BAR or club (not my scene) it would be nice. We are huge fans of Chicago and its night life, and sometimes wish that Cleveland would move just a bit faster into that direction. We are patient though, and love our city and all it has to offer.A must try!!!
