Good and service are consistent. One of my favorite spots downtown to meet up with friends before an Indian’s game. Black Bean Burger is my go-to, and although I’m not a fry girl, their fries are amazing.
Real close to being good. Translation: they are afraid to take risks, so everything is on the bland side of good. Not BAD, mind you, just right on the edge of good. I had the Bernie Bernie burger and trifecta app. Solidly OK, all of it. But a little heat here, a little bite there – could have been very good with a very little bit of imagination and risk-taking.
What an absolute disaster of service. Having owned a restaurant- this place SUCKS at service. Very sad- great location- great menu— owners need to reevaluate staff (considering a server spent an hour putting make up on some while ignoring customers)
Kim. Horrible experience. Went in before a game on Saturday and ordered beer and appetizers. Food never showed up. Even after asking the wait staff to check on it multiple times. They kept apologizing for being so busy and backed up. They weren’t busy. Restaurant wasn’t even full. We said we had to leave to get to the game and to please cancel our order and they acted like they didn’t even care and it wasn’t their fault that we never got to eat. The said oh well you can get food at the game. Whatever!
Drinks with a side of racism. Tonight, my friends and I were treated horribly by 2 racist employees there. We received horrible service, then the bartender CALLED THE COPS because she didn’t get a tip! The police said it was the dumbest call they’d received that evening. It’s really a shame, because we’ve been there several times with no issues and have easily spent thousands of dollars there. I will NEVER go back and I am encouraging everyone I know to stay away from The Clevelander.
Burgers are good, and beer is beer, but this place sucks… A couple good looking girls accompanied by a thousand dudes in tight shirts prancing around while Miley Cyrus pandora radio rattles your brain. 0 stars
Good bar–drinks came swiftly and plentiful. The bar was well stocked. menu? meh. pub food done by a place that sells beer/drinks. nothing wrong with it but nothing stood out either.
