Great place to eat before Tribe/Cavs game. Wilberts has great food, great prices, awesome service, and a comfortable atmosphere to catch a bite to eat before the game. A short walk to Progressive Field or The Q. Try the nachos with beef brisket on top or the BBQ ribs.
Slower than a tortise. Ordered a beef brisket sandwich. Waited 45 minutes never received order. Will not return for food but probably for $2 beers, which is the best part of the menu. Also they only had 2 waitresses on a Saturday night before a Tribe/Gladiators game.
Owner/Manager Doesn’t Understand Customer Service. The worst customer service experience ever! The place is a hole in the wall to begin with, but that could be overlooked if the food was good and the music better. We prepaid our cover charge on-line for the 9 pm show, which at 9:10-9:20 consisted of ear-wrenching individual instruments warming up and doing sound check followed by the next half hour of the band sitting down and eating. By that time we left and requested a refund for our cover charge, but no manager available. Upon calling the owner-manager, MIKE MILLER, he condescendingly laughed at my request to have the money refunded, chuckling Talk to the Band, and What do you want me to do about it His pompous, ungracious verbal response is proof that this man has no concern for his customers satisfaction and does not deserve to earn a living in the service industry.
Very extensive menu with different options. Grilled BBQ chicken breasts were very good though the fries are excessively salty. Very busy prior to an Indians game though service was quick and friendly.
