Ordered the blackened chicken pasta, and wow! I can honestly say this was the best dinner I have had in a long time. It was perfection, delicious. The portion was huge and came on a large platter and the presentation looked as if it was a high end restaurant. The sauces mixes perfectly with the noodles, and the chicken was tender and the rub on it was outstanding. One meal could of easily fed 3 people. As for people saying there is no table service, who cares! What more do you need, they do bring the food out to you to your table. It is a little pricey but we’ll worth it, like I said one meal can feed 3 ( or 2 big eaters). I will definitely come back. Such a hidden gem!!! Oh and the service there is just as good as the food, very friendly, will explain the menu too you. Next time we will try the gator gumbo!

At first glance, this place doesn’t seem special. It’s just a small restaurant along the road in the not-so-great-part of town. The parking lot is a bit bumpy and the outside was ordinary. You order your food at the counter. They have a fairly good selection of food; no alcohol, no ice water (you have to buy bottled water – $2). The prices seemed a bit steep – $2 each for bottled water and bottled tea; $3.99 for Cajun chips (thin slices of potatoes, deep fried and seasoned with Cajun spices; $13.95 for Blackened Chicken with Bowtie Pasta; and $18.95 for Sirloin Steak with mushrooms and onions. Like I said, that seemed pricey for the type of place we were in, especially since you don’t even get a server. But, when the food came out, it was well worth waiting for. The Cajun chips were served first, about 7-8 minutes after we ordered. Even though they were listed as a side dish, they were served ahead of the meal, like an appetizer. The serving size was huge. Honest-to-goodness, they were served in an aluminum roasting pan, one big enough to roast a whole chicken in! They were hot, and crisp and delicious. We had to wait another 10 minutes or so (maybe a bit more) for the entrees, but they were absolutely delicious. My husband had the steak. I didn’t eat any of it, but I tried the mushrooms and onions. They were cooked to perfection. I couldn’t believe the size of my Blacken Chicken. It was served on a large platter-sized, square plate. The whole plate was covered with pasta. A creamy sauce was poured over the pasta and then 6 pieces of blackened chicken sat on top of that. They chicken was drizzled with a sweet sauce, and sprinkled with chopped green onions and sweet red peppers. The blackened spices with the cream sauce and the sweet sauce combined to make an incredible flavor. My mouth waters just to think about it.I give the place a 4.5 (instead of a 5.0) for 2 reasons: Lack of table service and prices that are just a bit steep. Otherwise, the meal was perfect.

My favorite is the Seafood Pasta enough for 2, and the Blackened Chicken with Bowtie Pasta is the Columbus Chef Cook Off Winner, all the sauces they use are Scovie Winners at the International Fiery Food Show ln Albuquerque New Mexico and well deserved stop in and enjoy!

I went today for the first time and I was tickled to pieces of the experience, beautiful presentation as well as the delicious large portioned meal. I got the specialty the Blackened Chicken Bow Tie Pasta. I had left overs and my husband had them for dinner and was highly impressed with the meal even warmed over. There was a couple men on lunch break in there for the first time who was truly enjoying their bourbon chicken and dirty rice. The one planned to return with the wife and kids this evening. My friends were with me for their first visit. They got fish and chips and said it was good. They also got a cheese bread for an appetizer and that was delicous. Very nice hidden gem I’m glad we tried today!

I am am amazed to see a single positive review, let alone a high overall rating. I would vote this is the worst eatery in the heater Columbus area. The food was awful.

Dissatisfied. Went there today and i ordered the bow tie pasta. I’ve had it before a other restaurants and i must say this is the worst I’ve ever had. Try it and you’ll see. Also the fried chicken was ok I’ve had better at popeyes. Don’t waste your time.
