  Ordered Grandmas pizza many times they have always underestimated the delivery and they wont even aplogize. Called the manger was put on hold for 15 mins sounds like the phone was just laid down. Manager Barbara got on the phone and was very rude. I explained that my pizza was an hour and a half late she cut me off stating we busy and if I do the math its only 45 mins late. I said does that make it ok? She said I was ignorant for calling about my late pizza. They have really good pizza but the customer service is horrible and the so called manager is very rude and disrespectful. Will never order from them again Reynoldsburg has other pizza places

  Got put on hold,but sounded like phone was simply set down upon the counter. On a Sunday night at 7p, told delivery time would be 1.5 hours. To be fair, food did arrive 1.5 hours later and it was hot. However, it wasn’t even close to what we ordered. Wrong kind of fries, 3 boxes of an appetizer we only ordered 1 of, no sauce at all. This is the 3rd order in a year we’ve placed with Grandma’s and it’s been wrong every time and taken more than an hour every time. Skip this place; order from anywhere else.

  Customer Service horrible!. Called to place a delivery order. The person that answered the phone couldn’t take my phone number down and told me to hang on. Then another person picked up the phone and I asked what happened? He said the other person walked outside. I was like why? And then he hung up on me! I called back and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Sunny, was the one that answered the phone this time. I told her what happened and she tried to tell me that he had another order coming in and that was the reason he put me on hold. But he didn’t say, can you please hold? I asked her why is that? She said I don’t know. I wanted to know why and she wouldn’t tell me. Then she proceeded to say that I was being rude and that I was a f****ING a##hole and hung up on me. Wow!

  First experience. I ordered a pizza and salad tonight for the first time hoping to find any kind of pizza in reynoldsburg that truly was edible. The pizza arrived on time and the delivery driver was excellent. I opened the box and knew right away there was nothing there. This was the MOST DISGUSTING excuse for a pizza I have EVER tasted. It looked like a pancake that had been run over by a car. There was NO visible sign of the wonderful ingredients they promised. I actually peeled back the cheese to see if there was any sauce on it. They must own a patent on a crushed tomato spray gun. The crust was pink. NOT red with sauce. There was nothing in the spray on that I actually licked off of the crust that had no seasoning whatsoever in it. PIZZA sauce, right??? NO seasoning. The cheese layer was so thin that I wondered if it was just a layer or glue to hold the mushrooms and black olives together. ( there were plenty of olives by the way to their credit) The price was not even competive with other chains in area. The same price and delivery. I DID tip the driver because it was rainy and he is jus trying to do his job and he doesn’t make the cardboard crust or the non pizza sauce. I have NEVER experienced such a tasteless, skimpy excuse for pizza ever. Obviously almost all of it went in the trash. PIZZA HAS A FLAVOR AND IT ISN’T THE FLAVOR OF CARDBOARD. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!106 Dec, 2014First experience.   Ordered pizza last night could tell it was busy because I was put on hold for a minute. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful.. Picked up my food the woman at the counter was very bubbly and outgoing. My food was ready and might I add great! Can’t wait till next weekend know where I’m getting my pizza from! Grandmas for sure!

  Best pizza ever. Called my order in and pizza was ready when I got there, the manager was friendly and I liked that they had christmas decorations up. Took the pizza home and it hit the spot. Lots of toppings and the crust was perfect and crispy. I have finally found the right pizza place. Also i had found a coupon in the entertainment book so great value as well…Thanks Grandmas Pizza!
